Girs, balances and coordinations

SEA HORSES
green level
TARGETS
•Achieve mastery of the aquatic environment through the coordination of primary objectives (breathing, flotation, propulsion, jumps and entrances) and secondary objectives (girs, balances and coordinations) to develop safely and comfortably in the water and be able to focus on learning more specific aspects such as the introduction to the technique of swimming styles.
CONTENTS
•Combination and coordination of the contents of the previous levels (breathing, flotation, propulsion, jumps and entrances).
•Coordination of changes of direction and sense.
•Turns attending to the different body axes (longitudinal, transversal i antero-posterior).
•Coordination of turns with displacements.
•Static and dynamic balances.
•General dynamic coordination requiring the participation of the whole body and involving variations in position.
•Segmental coordination specifying movements of some part of the body and relating them to breathing.
ATTITUDES, VALUES AND RULES
•The cooperation.
•The order.
•Perseverance.
•Punctuality.
•equality.
